Kristina is a long-time contemplative practitioner who deeply trusts the inner wisdom of each person to find their way. An experienced student of yoga, Kristina values integrating mind, body and spirit. A mother of six who has been home-schooling her children since 2006, Kristina believes that curiosity is a foundation for all deep learning. She has served as a longtime leader in her Catholic parish and on the Board of Sanctuary of Hope, an ecumenical, interfaith retreat center based in KC Kansas.
Kristina is a participant in Souljourners, an ecumenical formation program for spiritual directors. Kristina serves as a Spiritual Tutor for Evolving Enneagram, she is on the Contemplative Practices & the Enneagram (“CPE”) facilitator team, and she teaches contemplative prayer through diverse ecumenical forums such as the Temple Buddhist Center and Sanctuary of Hope.
Kristina is passionate about social justice as well contemplative activism and evolutionary spirituality.
