I’m a passionate spiritual guide and storyteller, dedicated to helping others explore their inner landscape and align with wholeness—within and without.
“Let us carve gems out of our stony hearts and let them light our path to Love.”

A Visionary Leader and Spiritual Evolutionary
I’m a personal and spiritual evolutionary, always pushing the boundaries of how we perceive culture and religion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on projects that challenge conventional thinking.
One of my most meaningful experiences was writing the screenplay adaptation of So You Don’t Want To Go To Church Anymore by Wayne Jacobsen and Dave Coleman.
Recently, I had the honor of contributing to a bestselling memoir collection titled Her Unraveling: A Guide to Understanding the Power of Your Emotions and How to Align with Your Intuition.
Both projects allowed me to explore the depths of personal experience and spirituality, which is at the core of everything I do.
Educational Background and Professional Journey
I hold a B.A. in English Literature and Communications, an M.A. in Biblical Studies, and a Certification as an Integral Enneagram Practitioner from the Consciousness Academy.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats. I’ve been a freelance writer and I’ve served as an Adult Sunday School Ministries Facilitator. I’ve also had the privilege of moderating a Spouse Forum for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and I’ve spoken at multiple retreats.
Additionally, I’ve had the opportunity to write, direct, and act in several church theater productions and short films.
With every role, I’ve deepened my connection to community and to the stories that shape our spiritual journeys.
Transformational Book Studies
I am fervently passionate about learning from other teachers and I love facilitating deep, thoughtful discussions around transformational books.
Through Evolving Enneagram, I’ve had the opportunity to lead powerful online book studies, which have become a space for people to explore complex themes and emotions.
Some of the books that have profoundly impacted our discussions include Polyvagel Theory: The Transformative Power of Feeling Safe by Stephen W. Porges, Integral Theory by Ken Wilbur, Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, and Say What You Mean: A Mindful Approach to Nonviolent Communication by Oren Jay Sofer.
These sessions have allowed us to connect deeply with ourselves and each other, helping us navigate the uncertainties and joys of life.
Spiritual Tutoring and Coaching
In addition to group studies, I also offer private Spiritual Tutoring through Evolving Enneagram, which blends counseling, teaching, and coaching.
My sessions provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their spiritual growth, tap into their inner wisdom, and experience a felt sense of greater wholeness.
Every person’s journey is unique and I feel honored to walk alongside those who seek deeper spiritual understanding and transformation.
Shaping the Future of Evolving Enneagram
Beyond my work with individuals and groups, I’m actively involved in shaping the future of Evolving Enneagram.
I’m part of the advisory council, where I collaborate with a passionate team to develop transformational programs and build communities that nurture personal and spiritual evolution.
I also serve as one of our CPE facilitators, offering a safe and confidential place to explore our Enneagram types through the practice of contemplation within community.
It’s a joy to be part of something that continues to inspire and support so many on their spiritual journeys.
