Lyndsey is a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (ASSECT) as well as a certified 4-D model therapist.
Lyndsey is also a Certified Enneagram Practitioner through Enneagram Egypt, which includes incorporating mindfulness into Enneagram inner work. She is honored to be serving as Adjunct Faculty on Evolving Enneagram’s ever-expanding team of Enneagram professionals committed not only to serving the global Enneagram community but also committed to their own ongoing personal and professional development.
One of the few sex therapists in the world working explicitly with the Enneagram, Lyndsey regularly makes guest appearances on podcasts and offers private and public presentations as an internationally recognized Enneagram “sexpert.” Over the years, her workshops on sexuality and the Enneagram have ranged from 2-day weekend workshops to 8 to 10-week-long groups. Through Evolving Enneagram, Lyndsey offers courses as well as private Enneagram coaching specializing in relationships and sexuality for individuals and couples. Starting in 2023, Lyndsey will be developing online self-study programs on sex, relationships, and the Enneagram through Evolving Enneagram.
The main focus of Lyndsey’s lifelong work is that who we are at our core matters and deserves to be seen by the world. Her work and personal life have revolved around allowing people to be truly seen for who they are. She is providing a place for your essence to shine. The ability for another to witness your wholeness. The ability to be seen at a deeper level allows us to grow.

What people are saying

- JoMarie Andrews
I have really appreciated working with Lyndsey in group forums as well as private & couple coaching sessions. I not only enjoy her energy but also find it to be very grounding. Lyndsey is able to tackle difficult discussions with comfort and ease. She also seamlessly incorporates Enneagram and Instinctual understanding into practical ideas that can be applied to real life situations.
Lyndsey’s unique approach and tool set stretches towards understanding the role that our personality plays in how we interact with the world, and cuts out months of ground work in session trying to establish our core motivation. With her guidance, better understanding how my defensive mechanism (i.e., my “personality”) informs and skews how I relate to those closest to me has been sobering, absolutely eye-opening and ultimately, freeing! If you're willing to show up, Lyndsey will get you there.
